Council Bluffs community partners and friends, please join us in raising funds for the Alzheimer’s Association and swing by CountryHouse for a delicious drive-thru lunch! We will be serving up loaded baked potatoes with your choice of toppings and Home Care Advocacy Network will provide a tasty brownie for dessert! While you are here, sign up to join our Alzheimer’s Walk Team. Cash or check free-will donations will also be accepted on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Association or make your donation online.
