Partnering with the 100 Block Trick or Treat event, Broadway is offering free parking for trick or treaters. Pause on your way up the block to light a candle for the loved ones you miss. Stop inside the church for a Halloween themed carnival in the Fellowship Hall featuring a themed photo booth, treats, games, prizes and food.
