Join us for an Iowa DNR-certified Hunter Education Field Day course where students will learn the vital basics of hunting, including wildlife identification, first aid, firearm and archery safety, and more. Hunter Education Field Day courses are offered by knowledgeable and certified volunteer instructors and Iowa Conservation Officers.
Please meet at the Loess Hills Lodge at Hitchcock Nature Center. Entry fees are waived for this program, you may bypass the fee boxes at the entry of the park. Please arrive a little before 9am, and walk up to the lodge to check into the program.
