The Council Bluffs Parks and Recreation Department is throwing a neighborhood party at Manawa City Park to celebrate the awesome new playground, and we’d love for you to be there! We’ll have a food truck, a snow cone truck, yard games, and even free face painting. Walk on over, and let’s celebrate together! Manawa City Park Grand Opening August 19 from 5-7 p.m. Navajo and Mohawk St.
