Qi Gong is a centuries-old practice combining relaxed breathing with slow, gentle movement to restore energy, calm the nervous system, and support overall wellness. In this class, you’ll be guided through movements from the Shibashi Tai Chi Qi Gong 18 form, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Research supported by the National Institutes of Health suggests Qi Gong may help reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance, manage chronic pain, support immune health, and enhance cardiovascular and respiratory function.
What to Expect:
• Beginner-friendly, no experience needed
• 45-minute class + time for questions
• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes (standing required)
About the Instructor:
Jenny Cox has over 150 hours of Qi Gong teacher training and focuses on stress management and mindful movement.
