Join us & celebrated educator Ron Cisar for November's Nature's Recyclers session of "A Land Ethic Workshop." This program will be held at Hitchcock Nature Center and is perfect for anyone with an interest in conservation and a desire to develop a better understanding of the natural world outside their own front door.
Enjoy a full morning of instruction & learning, including:
- The process of nature's annual decomposition
- The organisms responsible for breaking down organic matter in nature
- Continued nature journaling practice
- A reading & discussion of Aldo Leopold's essay "Odyssey" & "A Mighty Fortress"
- Identifying Trees in Winter
