Mix up your very own recipe of sidewalk paint and then help us decorate the First Avenue Trail! In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled. This program will be followed by a free sack lunch for kids ages 1-18. Lunch is provided by the Council Bluffs Community School District.
