Adults and teens, join us to learn the basics of Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune Up Method. This full-body, self-massage and rolling workshop targets the “three Ps” of pain, posture, and performance. Ilona and Nate take the basics of this method and add foam rolling, breathwork, and hot stone therapy to create a self-care-focused class designed to give you a stronger sense of your body dynamics and capabilities. By helping you identify “body blindspots” (overused, underused or misused areas of your body), this workshop can encourage the healing of damaged muscle areas, release tension and knots, and help you build strength.
