Come out to Crescent Hill on February 28th for our first-ever Snow Yoga session, hosted by talented volunteer Katie Stratman, for this one-of-a-kind yoga experience on the snow for ages 18+.
With a focus on gentle standing poses, stretching, and breathing, participants will enjoy a unique and rejuvenating 45-minute yoga experience that relieves stress and muscle tightness. No experience necessary.
Please bring gloves and dress in warm, stretchy layers. Winter footwear is fine. If needed, participants should bring their own water bottle. A mat is not necessary, unless you'd like to bring one—the snow will serve as our natural yoga mat!
