Twisted Cat Outdoors Fishing Series

This catfish fishing tournament is a first-time event for Council Bluffs. This year marks the 11th season of competitive catfishing by Twisted Cat. The tournament is all about drawing both seasoned anglers and newcomers to the thrill of catching the big one. Nearly 200 fishing enthusiasts will participate, and they will find out at River’s Edge Park the ultimate winner on the 23rd, when the day-long event concludes. The public is invited to check out the weigh-ins beginning at 3 pm at River's Edge and see some monster catfish.
