Last month's class went so well we decided to do it again! Join Tom O'Brien, Owner and Founder of Gardens on Glen, as he demonstrates and walks you through each step of the small-batch fruit wine-making process to help you get your first batch started! You will enjoy complimentary samples while getting hands-on experience starting, re-racking, and even bottling wine. Together, we will review several wine recipes ranging from simple to more complex while Tom answers questions and provides great insights from his experiences perfecting his wine-making technique. There are two kinds of tickets: 1) "All-in" which includes the full experience and a take-home kit and 2) "Just the Class" which includes the full experience without a take-home kit making this class a great shareable experience for couples and friends.
