Welcome to the Women's Energy Retreat: Moon + Nature!
Join us at the peaceful Hitchcock Nature Center for an indoor/outdoor retreat and uplifting experience surrounded by the calming energy of nature and illuminating energy of the full moon in Capricorn.
We will hold space for and guide you through rituals and healing modalities to nurture the healer within.
These healing practices include: mindful yoga hike, sacred forest bathing, sound healing, shamanic cleansing, sound bath, yoga nidra and setting full moon intentions.
