Fireman's Park

Overview

Located by Veterans' Memorial Park and the ball fields, this beautiful park includes wonderful green space, a pavilion for picnics and the Alec Mertz Playground.  New additions in Fireman's Park include the Splash Pad and the "Walk of Honor" Eagle Project.  The Splash Pad was completed in early summer of 2011; the Eagle Project, which was built as a tribute to veterans, was also recently completed.   

Fireman's Park is a wonderful place for family gatherings, a fun afternoon with the kids or a respite for weary travelers!
