Overview
Located in the historic Haymarket District, the Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center is the heart of arts, culture, and creative activity in Council Bluffs. Operated by Pottawattamie Arts, Culture & Entertainment (PACE), the 95,000-square-foot facility brings together visual arts, performing arts, education, and community engagement under one roof.
Opened in 2020, the multi-use center features educational classrooms, artist studios, exhibition galleries, culinary arts and teaching kitchens, a 280-seat theater, and flexible event spaces that host live music, performances, exhibits, workshops, and community gatherings throughout the year.
The Hoff serves as home to resident organizations including the American Midwest Ballet, Chanticleer Community Theater, Kitchen Council, and Kanesville Symphony Orchestra. Whether attending a performance, exploring an art exhibit, taking a class, or supporting local artists, visitors will discover a vibrant destination where creativity and community come together.
