Overview
The YMCA Healthy Living Center is dedicated to supporting the health, wellness, and social engagement of active older adults. Members can participate in a variety of group exercise classes, including Cardio Fit, Pilates, and Aquatic Aerobics, as well as hobby and interest groups such as woodworking and book club.
The facility features a therapeutic pool, lap lanes, open swim opportunities, a wellness center, health-focused programs, and social clubs designed to promote healthy aging and lifelong learning. The community room is also available for wedding receptions, parties, meetings, and other special events.
