Overview

Hilton Garden Inn offers more than 5,500 square feet of flexible meeting and event space in the heart of the Mid-America Center Entertainment District. The property features five event spaces, including a 3,200-square-foot ballroom that accommodates up to 260 guests with banquet or reception-style seating. Additional meeting rooms provide flexibility for breakout sessions, board meetings, training events, and smaller gatherings. The Wabash Room accommodates up to 80 guests with theater-style seating, while the Bayliss Boardroom seats up to 40 guests. River City A and River City B accommodate up to 103 and 112 guests, respectively, with banquet-style seating.

Full-service catering and audiovisual equipment are available on-site, helping simplify event planning and execution. With 153 guest rooms and convenient access to the Mid-America Center, Horseshoe Casino, Bass Pro Shops, and major interstate routes, Hilton Garden Inn provides a convenient setting for both local and regional events.
