Looking for an adventurous way to spend a September day? Head to Arrowhead Park near Neola for the Arrowhead Obstacle Trail Run on September 20 from 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM! This 5K event features 15+ exciting obstacles along the scenic trails, plus a 1-mile kid’s run with 10+ obstacles just for the little ones. Whether you're in it to compete or just want a fun challenge, there's something for everyone—obstacles in the Open Waves are optional (except those hills, of course).
