Big ideas, bold entrepreneurs and local innovation take center stage at the REV Pitch Competition on November 5 from 4–7 PM at the Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center. This small business pitch competition is designed to support the people and businesses helping shape the future of Southwest Iowa.
From launching a new venture to growing an established business, the REV Pitch Competition gives local entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase their vision, gain exposure and compete for a share of a $19,500 prize pool.
Pitch Your Business, Ignite Your Vision
Five finalists will take the stage at the Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center to pitch their businesses in front of a panel of judges and a live audience. Each finalist will have the opportunity to share their story, highlight their business and make their case for a share of the prize money.
The event is presented in partnership with TS Bank, Advance Southwest Iowa Corporation and several other local companies, all working together to encourage entrepreneurship and economic growth throughout the region.
A Program Built to Support Entrepreneurs
TS Bank launched REV in 2015 with a goal of spurring economic growth and encouraging business owners to pursue their dreams. In 2020, TS Bank and Advance Southwest Iowa partnered to expand the program and give entrepreneurs the opportunity to "ignite their business."
Since its start, REV has continued to grow, with the 2025 event bringing the total awarded through the program to more than $177,000.
Applications Are Open
Know a local entrepreneur with a great idea or growing business? REV applications are open through September 10, 2026, with a prize pool currently at $19,500.
A third-party committee will select up to five businesses to pitch live in November.
