A Community Event for Hope, Healing, and Support
Mark your calendars for a meaningful and inspiring evening! On Thursday, May 15, 2025, Sail On and Fly High invites you to the 4th Annual Community Mental Health Celebration at Bayliss Park, hosted alongside the Council Bluffs Farmers Market. The event begins at 4:30 p.m. and brings the community together to shine a light on mental wellness, connect with local organizations, and access valuable resources—all in a spirit of support and solidarity.
Over the past three years, this celebration has welcomed more than 300 attendees annually—and this year promises to be even bigger and better. With a theme of "Take Note of Your Mental Health," the 2025 event encourages reflection, mindfulness, and self-care. Journals will be distributed to attendees, and interactive activities and a panel discussion will offer helpful tools and perspectives. The evening will close with a powerful Mental Health Walk at 7:30 p.m.—a community step forward in support of mental wellness.

What to Expect:
- Free entry for attendees and vendors
- Journals and interactive mindfulness activities
- A thoughtful panel discussion on mental health
- A community Mental Health Walk at 7:30 p.m.
