Have you seen our UNscupltures around town? Pottawattamie Arts, Culture & Entertainment (PACE) has partnered with the City of Council Bluffs to have 10 art installations placed throughout Council Bluffs. The project is funded by Ted and Polly Hoff and the Iowa West Foundation. The installations celebrate how Council Bluffs is “Unlike anywhere else. On purpose.”
