Join Chef Nate Steinbach and learn how to make the most of your harvest! You'll learn how to make shelf-stable jellies and freezer jams. Research tested techniques for water bath canning of sauces, soups and salsas. Connect with local pork producers and make your own ham, bacon and sausage!
