As women, we have the unique and special opportunity to help each other Spiral Up and face our challenges with positivity, confidence, determination, and resilience. We do this work together. The Spiral of Accountability™ takes the complex dynamic of human self-talk and human interactions and simplifies it into a visual representation that allows the readers to identify, name, and understand what is going on with them and the people around them. It then shows a pathway toward improving their reactions. Join us as keynote speaker Carol Horner walks us through this process. Wear your ugly holiday sweater for an opportunity to win giveaways, food, and drinks. We are also collecting new or gently used winter clothing or non-perishable foods items to be donated to New Visions. Everyone who bring a donations will be entered for a prize drawing and given a drink ticket.
