Lake Manawa State Park is one of western Iowa's premier outdoor recreation destinations, offering 1,529 acres of parkland and a 700-acre lake just minutes from downtown Council Bluffs. Visitor Information: Nonresident vehicle permits are $5 per day or $40 per year. The daily fee is not required for nonresidents who go to the beach and pay the beach admission at Lake Manawa.
