Overview
The YMCA Healthy Living Center focuses on the health and well-being of active older adults. Members will find activities ranging from group exercise classes like Cardio Fit, Pilates, and Aquatic Aerobic to group hobbies like woodworking and book club. The facility includes a therapeutic pool, open swim and lap lanes, a wellness center, health programs, and social and hobby clubs. In addition, the YMCA Healthy Living Center's community room can be rented out for wedding receptions, parties, and meetings.
