Building on nearly four years of popularity as a Council Bluffs food trailer, Los Charritos expanded into a permanent storefront on West Broadway, allowing more guests to enjoy its authentic Mexican street food. Bringing traditional flavors with roots in Jalisco, Mexico, the menu features steak tacos, cheesy quesabirrias served with consommé, birria ramen, burritos, tortas, and other flavorful favorites.
