Pottawattamie Conservation parks offer full lodge rentals, room rentals, and cabin stays for you and yours to have a truly special experience this season.

Two meeting rooms in the park's Loess Hills Lodge are available for rent. Subject to prior reservations, both rooms are available for full-day and half-day rentals throughout the week. Parking is located in the main lot near the Lodge.
For out-of-town visitors, Hitchcock Nature Center offers three camping cabins. Each cabin can sleep up to five. Learn more about the cabins by clicking here.

- Seating: Great for groups of 50 or less.
- Pricing: $350 per day; $175 per half-day
- Deposit: $300 refundable deposit; $300 refundable beer and wine deposit (if applicable)
- Reservations: Must be made 7 days in advance online or in-person. Credit card, cash, and check are accepted. Please note: A 4% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
- Location: Upstairs in the Loess Hills Lodge, near the Lodge Gallery, public restrooms, and overlook deck.
- Includes: Tables (8-foot), chairs, access to a 70-inch television for presentations, slideshows, music, etc., and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and full sink.
- ADA accessibility: The Goldfinch Room and restrooms are both located on the main level of the Loess Hills Lodge.

- Location: Downstairs in the Loess Hills Lodge, near the back patio and observation tower.
- Includes: Tables (8-foot), chairs, access to a 70-inch television for presentations, slideshows, music, etc., and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and full sink. The Bluestem Room has private restrooms for guests.
- ADA accessibility: The Bluestem Room is located down two sets of stairs and may also be accessed by a one-person elevator lift.

Subject to prior reservations, Breezy Lodge at Arrowhead Park is available for rent from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. throughout the week. Parking is located in the lot east of the Lodge.
For out-of-town visitors, Arrowhead also offers two camping cabins and three modern cabins. Click here to learn more about the cabin options.

- Seating: Great for groups of 75 or less.
- Pricing: $150 per day
- Deposit: $100 refundable deposit for keg beer
- Reservations: Must be made 3 days in advance online or in-person. Credit card, cash, and check are accepted. Please note: A 4% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
- Location: Located in the southeast corner of the park, Breezy Lodge is near Campground 3, the shower house, and the Breezy Point trailhead.
- Includes: Tables (8-foot), chairs, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and full sink, and access to the lodge patio with picnic tables. Breezy Lodge has private restrooms for guests.
- ADA accessibility: Breezy Lodge has a ramp that may be used by guests to move between the parking lot and lodge. The lodge itself is all on one level.

Subject to prior reservations. Olsen Lodge at Botna Bend Park is available for rent from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. throughout the week. Parking is located in the gravel lot east of the Lodge.

- Seating: Great for groups of 60 or less.
- Pricing: $100 per day
- Deposit: $100 refundable beer and wine deposit (if applicable)
- Reservations: Must be made 3 days in advance online or in-person. Credit card, cash, and check are accepted.
- Please note: A 4% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
- Location: Located just east of the middle campground and west of the archery range and secondary bison pen.
- Includes: Tables (8-foot), chairs, a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, and full sink, and access to an outdoor seating area with a grill and small patio with picnic tables. Olsen Lodge has private restrooms for guests.
- ADA accessibility: Olsen Lodge is all on one level. The parking lot is gravel and there is a paved sidewalk to the building. The small patio with picnic tables is also paved.
