Homeschool In the Hills | A.M. | Talkin’ Turkeys

Wild turkeys are one of North America's most recognizable birds, but there's much more to them than their infamous gobble. Join us as we explore their behavior, habitat needs, and unique adaptations. Learn how to identify turkey tracks and signs, uncover the differences between hens, toms, and poults, and find out how these large birds thrive in the wild. Through engaging activities and hands-on learning, you'll gain a new appreciation for one of November’s most iconic wildlife species.

Cost for this event is $5.00 per person for children ages 3 and over and covers your park entry fee. Adults and children under 3 accompanying program participants do not need a reservation.
