Parking Information and Bag Policies

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, certain items are permitted while others are prohibited at the show. Allowed items include cell phones, one disposable crushable water bottle (24oz or smaller, cap removed—frozen bottles not permitted), purses or fanny packs (clear bags encouraged), non-aerosol bug spray and sunscreen, rain ponchos, and blankets. However, several items are not allowed inside the venue. These include all types of backpacks (including drawstring and mini purse styles), Camelbacks, umbrellas, lawn chairs, coolers, professional cameras or binoculars, outside food, large chains, spiked bracelets, selfie sticks, baby strollers, wagons, hula hoops, glow sticks, and GoPros. Free water refill stations will be available on site.

 General admission and pit ticket holders must park on the Omaha side of the Missouri River and use the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge to access River’s Edge Park. CHI, independent, and paid lots are available for parking. Ride share services should drop off and pick up guests just south of 10th & Fahey at 603 Riverfront Drive. Deluxe and ADA ticket holders are encouraged to arrive early and enter Council Bluffs via Avenue G from the north for access to the parking garage. Several local hotels are offering shuttle service to and from the concert, including Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Inn at Ameristar, Holiday Inn & Suites at Ameristar, Hilton Garden Inn, and SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Be sure to confirm shuttle availability directly with the hotel before booking your stay.
