The Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center is a hub for all things creative in Council Bluffs! Visitors can visit the Anne & John P. In 2004, the Iowa West Foundation — an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and building a stronger, more vibrant Council Bluffs — funded a visionary, community-wide public art master planning process. This effort ultimately led to the creation of the Iowa West Public Art initiative, a program that continues to leave a lasting mark on the city. Thanks to this innovative initiative, Council Bluffs is now home to an exceptional and diverse collection of 12 pieces of public art, crafted by internationally acclaimed artists who bring global prestige to the local landscape.
